2. Who will be calling on behalf of my business?

You are assigned a trained appointment setter who represents your company directly. They are fluent in English (with bilingual options available), professionally trained, and onboarded specifically on your industry, offer, and brand tone.

3. Are the appointment setters exclusive to my company?

Yes. Your appointment setter works exclusively on your account. This is not a shared call center model. Their focus, scripts, and daily activity are dedicated solely to your business.

4. What industries do you work best with?

We perform best with service-based businesses that have an existing offer and the capacity to take on new clients. This includes industries like roofing, home services, medical practices, legal services, clinics, and other high-ticket or recurring service models.

5. Do you provide the leads, or do we need to supply them?

Leads can be provided by the client or sourced through approved platforms. We help structure, filter, and manage lead lists to ensure outreach is targeted and efficient. The key factor is lead quality, not just volume.

6. How long does it take to get started?

Once onboarding is complete, most accounts are live within 10–14 days. This includes system setup, script customization, and appointment setter training to ensure a smooth and effective launch.

7. Is there a minimum commitment to work with Alorye?

Yes. Our services are designed to build momentum over time, so we require a minimum commitment to allow the system, follow-up, and volume to compound. This ensures realistic expectations and better outcomes.
